Farmhouse Dinner

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. Our menu’s focus is on American farm-to-table fare using the best seasonal ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from our on-site garden. The prix fixe menu changes every month in order to optimize the chef’s creativity and ensure that you’ll always have a one-of-a-kind dining experience!

  • 5 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $65 person + tax & gratuity

Ahi Tuna - rice noodles, pickled ginger, wasabi

Third Course

Chicken & Potato Chowder - white wine, smoked chicken, bacon, onion

Fourth Course

Beef Tenderloin Medallions - red wine demi glaze, stilton blue cheese mashed potatoes, lemon zested asparagus

Dessert

Pumpkin Mouse Tart - topped with candied pecans & shaved white chocolate
