Farmhouse Dinner

Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. Our menu’s focus is on American farm-to-table fare using the best seasonal ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from our on-site garden. The prix fixe menu changes every month in order to optimize the chef’s creativity and ensure that you’ll always have a one-of-a-kind dining experience!

 

  • 5 course Tasting Menu: $50 per person + tax & gratuity

  • 5 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $65 person + tax & gratuity

  • Arrival Time: 6:00 PM

  • Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

Greek Bison Steak Salad red onion, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, romaine, red wine vinaigrette

Pan Seared Duck Breast blackberry bourbon sauce

Third Course

Braised Wild Boar Shoulder garlic, fiji apples, morel mushrooms, onions

Fourth Course

Smoked Venison Tenderloin boar bacon, roasted corn risotto, cabernet demi glaze

*paired with Misc. Grenache Blend

Dessert

Smoked Bread Pudding pecans, raisins, orange creme anglaise
