Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. This month’s collaboration is with Tony White (aka Tony Tomato) from Tony’s Family Farms!
Tony White is a well-established, lauded businessman in St. Louis. He is currently the founder and CEO of Tony’s Family Farms based in Chesterfield, delivering thousands of pounds of hyper-fresh, mouth-watering produce year-round to chefs and workplaces in the St. Louis area.
Tony’s Family Farms began when Mr. Fortune, a man who grew up in the fertile Missouri River Bottom, gifted the family with a small field to grow their own vegetables in the summers so that they could save a few pennies and eat healthier. When a professional chef suggested that they could bring their produce to establishments in the area, TTF seized the opportunity to expand. They now deliver thousands of pounds of fruits, vegetables, and herbs to dozens of professional kitchens in the St. Louis area.

Huckleberry Chicken bone-in chicken breast, smoked and glazed with huckleberry, served with vegetable risotto

American Apple Pie with caramel sauce
