Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner inside our large open-air pavilion space. This month’s collaboration is with Blacksmith Distillery, based out of Lohman, MO (just west of Jefferson City). They produce award-winning, hand crafted, small batch spirits. Family recipes handed down for generations such as corn whiskey, bourbon, and apple pie whiskey to more modern inspirations of their limestone filtered vodka and unique botanical gin.
5 course Tasting Menu: $64 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

DRV Corn Chowder
one of our signature soups, garnished with a corn fritter
Second Course
Smoked Turkey & Stuffing
brined turkey breast rubbed with roasted garlic, smoked, and served with a pineapple and pistachio bread stuffing
Third Course
Pork Belly Two-Ways
First, coca cola and bourbon braised, seared to perfection. Second, smoked, deep fried, and tossed with a southwest spice blend, served over a bed of chorizo hash
Fourth Course
Glazed Ham
baked ham smothered in a cranberry vodka glaze, served with prairie breeze gratin.
Fifth Course
Apple Cheesecake
topped with an oatmeal cookie crust, drizzled with bourbon caramel sauce
