Mushroom Bisque
deep woods mushrooms, celery, cream, sherry wine, prairie breeze, veal stock

Cornish Game Hen
slow roasted with vegetables, wild rice stuffing, bacon, cranberries, almonds, onion, mushroom, shallot, garlic, sage

Braised Pork Roast
celery, onions, carrots, and fresh herbs, topped with sage au jus. Served with steamed new potatoes

Pecan Pie Tart
topped with vanilla mousse
