Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features wines from Sangiacomo Vineyards, located in Sonoma, CA.
The Sangiacomo family has been farming in Sonoma since 1927. Grapegrowers with a passion for sustainability and stewardship, year by year, they have gathered knowledge and continue to pursue perfection in farming with each and every row of their vineyards. Through research, trial and error in the field, and critical evaluation of the resulting wines, they have learned how to select the right varietals, clones, and rootstocks, as well as row spacing and orientation for more than 100 individual sites. This approach, paired with the appropriate pruning, irrigation, canopy management, and nutrients, is what enables them to tease an extraordinary range of flavors out of our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. At every step of the way, they seek to produce the highest quality fruit with the lowest environmental impact possible.
