Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features a variety of smoked cuisine.

  • 5-course Tasting Menu: $72 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

  • 5-course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $99 per person (includes gratuity, not tax)

  • Arrival Time: 6:00 PM / Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

Pecan-Smoked Jumbo Shrimp with a chili-lime dipping sauce

Served with DRV Off-Dry Vignoles

SECOND COURSE

Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs stuffed with provolone cheese and sweet jalapeno jam

THIRD COURSE

Persimmon-Smoked Herbed Rack of Lamb with herb-roasted potatoes

FOURTH COURSE

Smoked Pepper Rubbed Chuck Roast with mac and cheese

FIFTH COURSE

Smoke Caramel Apple Cream Cheese.
