Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features esquiste cuisine paired with Defiance Ridge Vineyards Norton vintages 2020-2024.

Blackened Salmon Salad
mixed greens, blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, blackberries, grape tomatoes, blanched green beans. Tossed in housemade poppyseed dressing and topped with blackened salmon

Gouda Mac n Cheese
rigatoni pasta, tossed in a house-smoked gouda cheese sauce, with fresh garlic, applewood bacon, and fresh chives.
THIRD COURSE
Lasagna
House-made Italian sausage meat sauce with roma tomatoes, sweet onions, fresh garlic, fresh basil, and 1897 Pinot Noir. Pasta layered with ricotta, parmesan, and St. Louis style provel cheese

Blue Cheese Sliders
Brisket, ribeye, and chuck blend mini burger seared and topped with applewood bacon, blue cheese, and caramelized onions. served on a brioche bun

Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Tart
