Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features beef from Ruth Family Farms, a 5th generation family farm located in Downing, Missouri.
The farm operates a NE3 USDA Process Verified for Source, Age, antibiotic/hormone-free Angus cow-calf operation. It has taken years to build their elite herd using genetics specializing in marbling ensuring the highest quality of beef. They hand select replacement heifers each year from the calf crop to add back to the herd continuing to build our family legacy and handle the animals with low stress, and ease, using quality working facilities and practices in which we are certified with Beef Quality Assurance. The farm prides itself in the integrity and dedication with which they have raised an elite herd providing the highest quality of beef, with great flavor that will melt in your mouth.
